Role Overview:

  • Optimizing high performance/low latency trading system components (Feed Handlers, ORS, Strategy Infrastructure, Risk Management Systems, etc)
  • Active participant in the firm’s full lifecycle of software development
  • Develop low latency exchange connectivity for new markets/exchanges
  • Working alongside the investment team to improve strategy performance
  • Improve and optimize the existing trading infrastructure and technology, while also identifying potential areas for performance optimization
  • Design and build components for trading infrastructure to implement potential new trading strategies across various asset classes and related instruments
  • Provide recommendations and insight to help drive the Firm’s overall strategy on technology and infrastructure.


Requirements:

  • Bachelors/Advance Degree in Computer Science EECS, or Computer Engineering a top tier university.
  • Strong foundational knowledge in C++ programming language
  • Excellent software architecture skills including strategy optimization.
  • Entrepreneurial and a self-starter who can work independently and be able to drive a project from inception through delivery.
