Responsibilities

• Define QA strategy for real-time election results project
• Establish testing practices based on Testing Pyramid and Shift-Left principles
• Build and integrate AI-powered tools for quality assurance
• Enable developers to adopt AI-assisted QA practices
• Drive adoption of innovative QA methodologies across the team
• Participate in regular development tasks alongside QA responsibilities
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality deliverables
• Monitor and improve testing processes continuously
• Provide leadership in QA process implementation
• Support and mentor team members in quality engineering best practices

Requirements

• Experience in .NET engineering, 5+ years
• Background in Python programming
• Skills in Amazon Web Services and Docker
• Expertise in Generative AI technologies
• Competency in QA process leadership and implementation
• Qualifications in establishing testing practices based on industry standards
• Showcase of strong communication skills
• Experienced with AI Native development
• English proficiency at an advanced level
