Location: Columbus, OH ( On Site)

Employment Type: Full-Time

Position Overview

We are seeking an innovative AI Software Engineer to develop and enhance a next-generation workforce technology platform. This role will focus on building AI-powered applications, automating business processes, integrating intelligent solutions, and modernizing existing software to improve efficiency and user experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and develop AI-powered software applications and platform features.
  • Build APIs, integrations, and automation tools.
  • Implement Generative AI, machine learning, and intelligent workflow solutions.
  • Collaborate with product, operations, and leadership teams to develop new technology solutions.
  • Improve platform performance, scalability, and security.
  • Research and implement emerging AI technologies.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 3+ years of software engineering experience.
  • Experience with Python, Java, JavaScript/TypeScript, C#, or similar languages.
  • Experience developing APIs, web applications, or enterprise software.
  • Experience integrating AI technologies, automation tools, or machine learning solutions.
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Preferred

  • Experience with OpenAI, Anthropic, Azure AI, AWS, or Google Cloud AI.
  • Experience with SaaS or enterprise software platforms.
  • Knowledge of cloud technologies, APIs, and modern software architecture.
  • Experience with HR technology, workforce management, recruiting, or business process automation.
