We are currently recruiting, for integration in our internal team/client, professionals with the following profile:

Dynamics 365 Developer - Hybrid (Viseu - 1 day/week)

What do you need to have:

We are looking for an experienced Microsoft Developer (2 FTE= Senior + Medior) to join our clients' team and contribute to the design, development, and maintenance of cloud-based solutions and Dynamics 365 implementations.

This is a senior role — we're seeking a candidate with a strong track record of building and operating production systems on Microsoft Azure and Dynamics 365, and who can take ownership of architecture decisions and mentor other developers.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain applications and services hosted on Microsoft Azure
• Develop Dynamics 365 functionalities and accelerators
• Build and integrate solutions using Azure messaging and event-driven services (e.g. Service Bus)
• Lead integrations between Dynamics 365 and external systems/APIs, enabling seamless collaboration with partners and internal processes
• Translate complex business requirements into robust technical solutions, focusing on performance and security
• Drive innovation within the Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages)
• Lead architecture discussions and propose scalable, resilient cloud and CRM solutions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (BA, Design, Infra, QA) to deliver features end-to-end
• Write clean, maintainable, well-tested code following best practices
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize application performance in production environments
• Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices (Azure DevOps)
• Mentor mid-level developers and lead code reviews

Requirements

• Minimum 5+ years of professional software development experience
• Minimum 5 years of experience with Dynamics 365 CRM (Customer Engagement)
• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure (Logic Apps, Functions, Service Bus, Storage, etc.)
• Proficiency in C#/.NET and REACT
• Knowledge of the Power Platform (Power Pages) and front-end development
• Experience with Azure DevOps (repos, pipelines, boards)
• Solid understanding of cloud architecture patterns (microservices, event-driven design, messaging patterns) and Azure integration patterns
