Senior .NET Software Engineer

🚨 We're looking for a Senior .NET Engineer to join an international Cloud & Telecom product project!

If you're passionate about building scalable backend systems, modern cloud architectures and solving complex engineering challenges, this could be the opportunity you're looking for.

You'll join a highly technical engineering team working on cloud-native platforms used by millions of users across Europe, where you'll help design, build and evolve distributed systems using modern .NET technologies and engineering best practices.

💡 What you'll do

• Design, develop and maintain scalable backend services using modern .NET technologies.

• Build and evolve distributed microservices and RESTful APIs.

• Work with cloud-native architectures running on Azure.

• Collaborate closely with Product Owners, Architects and other Engineers throughout the software development lifecycle.

• Contribute to CI/CD pipelines, code reviews and engineering best practices.

• Participate in technical discussions, architectural decisions and continuous improvement initiatives.

• Troubleshoot production issues and contribute to building resilient, high-availability systems.

• Help deliver reliable software powering products used by millions of users across Europe.

🧠 What we're looking for

• 7+ years of experience developing software with C# and .NET.

• Strong hands-on experience building Microservices and REST APIs.

• Experience working with Azure and cloud-native applications.

• Experience with Docker and containerised applications.

• Good understanding of CI/CD pipelines and modern software engineering practices.

• Experience working with SQL databases.

• Strong knowledge of object-oriented design principles and software architecture.

• Experience working in Agile software development environments.

• Strong ownership, autonomy and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to discuss technical trade-offs, challenge decisions constructively and contribute to architectural discussions.

• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with highly technical teams.

• Continuous improvement mindset.

• Experience with Kubernetes is highly valued.

• Experience working in Telecom or Communications environments is a plus.

• Interest in AI-assisted engineering practices and tools such as ChatGPT, GitHub Copilot, Claude or similar.
