Your missions:

• Act as a bridge consultant between Japanese stakeholders and international project teams
• Facilitate communication and understanding between Japanese and non-Japanese team members
• Translate technical and business requirements between Japanese and English as needed
• Support software development activities, particularly using C#
• Collaborate with retail sector clients to understand and address their business needs
• Participate in project meetings and ensure clear information flow
• Provide regular updates and feedback to project managers
• Ensure project milestones are met, including preparation for qualification meeting next Friday

Your profile:

• Experience as a bridge consultant or engineer in a Japanese business context
• Proficiency in C# software development
• Experience in the retail sector is a plus
• Academic background: degree in engineering, computer science, or related field
• Native Japanese, fluent in English
• You demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills

Case study: Depending on the position, we may ask you to take a test. This could be a role play, a technical assessment, a problem-solving scenario, etc.
