Role Overview

An advanced full stack development position responsible for architecting and maintaining comprehensive software applications, including front-end UI/UX, back-end logic, database systems, and integrations. The role significantly impacts strategic digital initiatives, operational efficiencies, and technical innovation across a broad enterprise setting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, assess, and refine requirements for new application development, ensuring alignment with business objectives and technical feasibility.
  • Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable, secure, and high-performance applications utilizing full stack technologies such as C#/.NET, ASP.NET Core, Blazor, React, Angular, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
  • Develop responsive user interfaces with modern UI libraries like Material UI and Bootstrap, ensuring consistency and cross-device compatibility.
  • Build, support, and optimize back-end functionalities, including server-side logic, RESTful APIs, web services, and integration with SQL Server databases using T-SQL, stored procedures, indexing, and query optimization.
  • Support and enhance data pipelines and basic data management processes; familiarity with data warehousing or advanced data modeling is not required.
  • Develop and support cloud-based solutions, automation workflows, and CI/CD pipelines in Microsoft Azure using Azure DevOps and related tools.
  • Support and integrate AI/ML solutions to enable automation and advanced analytics (optional but advantageous).
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and validate applications and data issues, ensuring system security, reliability, and high performance.
  • Maintain technical documentation and provide backup support for ongoing or related applications to ensure continuity.
  • Stay current with emerging development trends and best practices to improve software quality and operational efficiency.
  • Conduct regular application performance and security assessments to mitigate risks.

Core Qualifications & Requirements

  • Minimum of 10 years of professional full stack software development experience focused on architecture and application delivery.
  • Strong proficiency in C#/.NET, ASP.NET Core, and modern web frameworks including Blazor, React, and Angular.
  • Extensive front-end experience with responsive design, UI development, and UX principles using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
  • Proven expertise with SQL Server, including writing custom queries, stored procedures, and performance tuning (T-SQL, indexing).
  • Hands-on experience with RESTful API development, web services, and integrating with cloud platforms, particularly Microsoft Azure.
  • Familiarity with version control systems such as Git, GitHub, TFS, or SVN.
  • Ability to create and manage databases, API endpoints, and basic data pipelines—data warehousing or advanced modeling experience not necessary.
  • Experience supporting automation workflows, AI/ML integration, and cloud DevOps practices is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Adaptability in learning new technologies and methodologies to meet evolving project needs.

Nice-to-Have Qualifications

  • Experience with AI/ML solutions or automation workflows.
  • Knowledge of scripting with PowerShell, Python, or Node.js.
  • Prior work with data orchestration frameworks such as Dagster or transformation tools like DBT.
  • Background in professional services or enterprise-scale environments.
  • Familiarity with additional programming languages such as Java, ColdFusion, PHP, Perl, or VBA.
