The comp reflects all of that. $150,000 to $250,000 on the base, and it is structured to reward people who perform. You'll be looking at $300,000 to $500,000 all in.

You are working in C# or Java right now and you are already using AI as part of how you work day to day, not as a talking point but as a real part of your process. You know what it means to take a project from nothing to production and you have done it before.
