This position is with the Health and Human Services Portfolio and will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining the OPWDD applications.
Day-to-day Tasks
The selected candidate will be responsible for all phases of the System Development Life Cycle. This individual will:
- Meet with Business Owners to refine business requirements.
- Design, Develop, Test, and Implement the new application which includes data analysis, data access, data structures, data manipulation, preparing logical database models, and creation of database objects.
- Migrate information from SharePoint in the cloud to the new system.
- Identify and escalate technical risks and issues appropriately.
- Development of technical design documents and program specifications.
- Provide technical expertise to team of developers; mentor less experienced staff.
- Production support tasks including troubleshooting and problem resolution.
Senior
60 - 84 months: Candidate is able to work independently, without assistance and provides guidance to others. May have an advanced education.
Requested Qualifications
- 72 months experience designing, developing, implementing, and securing multi-tiered externally facing enterprise-level web applications using on premise Dynamics or the MS Power Platform.
- 48 months experience designing and creating customized forms, entities, views and reports in Microsoft Dynamics in the cloud.
- 48 months experience designing and creating customized Canvas Apps.
- 36 months of experience designing/developing/securing Microsoft Power Portal Apps.
- 36 months designing/developing plugins for Microsoft Dynamics.
- 36 months of experience designing/developing/securing SOAP and REST external web services.
- 36 months experience using SharePoint document Integration with Dynamics.
