Scope of Project:

The Department seeks a highly motivated individual who has the skills for the software development to be part of the Web Application Development team to continue the delivery the new Economic Services Re-Engineering projects, and Refugee Management System.

Responsibilities:

• Independently design and implement medium to large-scale software systems and components.
• Develop and maintain data-driven web applications.
• Build scalable N-tier web-based software systems.
• Work on Economic Services Re-Engineering projects and Refugee Management System.
• Participate in software development throughout the application lifecycle.

Required/Preferred Skills:

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience independently designing and implementing medium to large-scale software systems and components using .Net architectures.
• 5+ years' experience developing data-driven applications utilizing SQL database as part of the overall application architecture.
• 5+ years' experience building web-based software systems, utilizing N-tier architectures, dynamic content, highly scalable approaches, and complex security models/implementations.
• 2+ years of experience with Angular.

Preferred Skills

• Economic Services Eligibility applications.
• (SNAP/TANF) system design and development.
• Experience with Agile software development.
• Microsoft Certifications – Development Side.
