Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced .NET Technical Lead to lead application migration, modernization, and cloud-native development on AWS. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on expertise in C#, .NET Core/.NET 6+, microservices, and AWS cloud technologies, with the ability to provide technical leadership, define scalable architectures, mentor engineering teams, and drive successful enterprise modernization initiatives.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of experience in C#, .NET Framework, .NET Core/.NET 6/7/8.
• Strong expertise in Microservices Architecture, REST APIs, and Event-Driven Architecture.
• Proven experience modernizing legacy .NET applications into cloud-native solutions.
• Hands-on experience with AWS services including:
• AWS Lambda
• API Gateway
• SQS
• SNS
• Step Functions
• S3
• DynamoDB
• RDS PostgreSQL
• Strong database expertise in SQL Server, PostgreSQL, DynamoDB, and Redis.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Docker, Kubernetes/EKS, GitHub Actions/Jenkins, and Infrastructure as Code.
• Hands-on experience with unit and integration testing using xUnit, NUnit, Moq, and Testcontainers.
• Strong understanding of Domain-Driven Design (DDD), Clean Architecture, SOLID Principles, and Design Patterns.
• Excellent communication, technical leadership, stakeholder management, and mentoring skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• AWS Certified Solutions Architect, AWS Developer, or AWS DevOps Engineer Certification.
• Experience leading large-scale enterprise cloud migration and modernization programs.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Financial Services or Banking domain experience is a plus.
