Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Work closely with client management and finance/operations teams to understand their business processes and requirements, then design the technical implementation of our software to support those goals.
- Configure and integrate our applications with clients’ existing casino and financial systems, ensuring data flows accurately and consistently across all touchpoints.
- Use SQL to develop custom processes, build or modify reports, and troubleshoot data and integration issues.
- Use C# and XML (where applicable) to extend, configure, or integrate our software to meet client‑specific needs.
- Leverage your knowledge of our data structures, third‑party systems, and reporting tools to consolidate data and present clear, finance‑focused insights to clients.
- Translate business and financial needs into practical technical solutions that improve usability, workflows, and decision‑making.
- Communicate with clients via email, messaging, and phone to gather requirements, resolve issues, and guide them through implementations and changes.
- Create and maintain clear technical documentation on configurations, integrations, and client environments.
- Provide ongoing production support, proactively monitoring integrations and addressing issues to keep the casino finance backbone running smoothly.
- Demonstrate outstanding customer service and build strong, trust‑based relationships with client stakeholders at all levels.
- Disciplined and organized approach to planning, execution, and meeting project timelines.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills; able to make sound, independent decisions in complex environments.
- Ability and willingness to work extended hours on a sporadic basis during key implementation milestones.
- Comfortable handling multiple projects and priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
- Able to work independently while collaborating effectively within a project team.
- Clear, concise communication skills—both written and verbal—with technical and non‑technical audiences.

- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or MIS and minimum 1-2 years relevant work experience
- Proficient with MS SQL Server development (queries, stored procedures, troubleshooting).
- Working knowledge of C# and XML in the context of application configuration, integration, or light development/customization.
- Understanding of business and financial concepts; experience in finance, accounting, or casino operations is a plus.
- Excellent technical writing and oral communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work within a project team structure and interact confidently with client stakeholders.
