Software Engineer

Role: Software Engineer 2, Applications/Software Development (3 openings) Location: Austin, TX — On-site, full-time Duration: 09/01/2026 – 11/13/2026 (up to 416 hours, may be extended by agreement) Hours: M–F, 8am–5pm CT What you'll do: Design, develop, and maintain client/server and web-based applications using C# (.NET), Blazor, and SQL. Build and enhance front- and back-end functionality (HTML5, CSS, SQL Server, Oracle, stored procedures). Collaborate with analysts and business stakeholders on requirements and technical design. Support and troubleshoot existing TDA applications. Contribute to mobile app development (Visual Studio, .NET Core 9.0, DevExpress) including secure payment integration. Required experience:

• 4+ yrs building web-based software applications
• 4+ yrs root cause analysis and resolution
• 4+ yrs across .NET, HTML/HTML5, ASP, Java, JSP, C#, SQL, stored procedures, front/back-end UI
• 4+ yrs web programming: C#/.NET, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, SQL, Oracle, SQL Server
• 3+ yrs Agile SDLC
• 3+ yrs on SDLC project teams
• 3+ yrs intra-team collaboration on requirements/dev/maintenance
• 3+ yrs presenting change demos to customers
• 2+ yrs Azure DevOps, Jira, or similar
• 1+ yr C# .NET Blazor

Preferred:

• Java/WinForms → Blazor migration, responsive design, WCAG accessibility, prior TDA experience.
• State of Texas experience
