Required Skills:

15+ years of experience developing web-based software applications.

12+ years of experience with .NET, C#, ASP.NET, JavaScript, HTML/HTML5, CSS, SQL, SQL Server, Oracle, and Stored Procedures.

Strong experience in front-end and back-end web application development.

Experience with Agile/Scrum SDLC methodologies.

Experience with Azure DevOps, Jira, or similar DevOps tools.

Experience performing root cause analysis and issue resolution.

1+ year of hands-on experience with C# .NET Blazor.

Preferred Skills:

Experience migrating Java or Windows Forms applications to C# .NET Blazor.

Experience implementing Responsive Web Design.

Experience implementing WCAG Accessibility standards.

Previous experience working with Texas Department of Agriculture (TDA) systems.
