Product & Development Manager

This is a rare opportunity to join an exciting high growth Tech business, doing hands-on technical delivery & product ownership. Working with the internal dev team, you will be the face of the product for suppliers, clients and consultants.

Crucially, you will be building new features to a commercial Cloud platform, including integration projects, secure client systems, APIs and plugins.

Ownership: Lead the technical roadmap for product development, design workflows, and translate business requirements into production software.

Tech Environment: Microsoft, C#, Azure stack, leading the development of specific features and deliverables to enhance the platform

Compliance: Work closely with consultants to ensure processes align with industry standards (ISO27001)

What we are looking for:

**Background in development, ideally Microsoft stack (C#, Azure)

**An architectural mindset with experience building secure, scalable APIs and third-party plug-ins.

**A product-owner mentality - comfortable managing projects, leading teams, and presenting solutions.

**A positive, adaptable attitude

You'll get to work in a Hybrid capacity, flexibility to work remotely (on average 2 days a week)
