Centrical grew out of the business intelligence (BI) software segment. BI let managers know how employees were doing, but it typically did not convey how to turn manager-led performance insights into employee performance actions.

We’re looking for a talented and motivated Backend Developer to join our growing R&D team. You will be a core contributor to building and scaling our platform, working with modern cloud-native technologies and event-driven architectures that power real-time employee engagement and performance solutions.

Requirements

• Server-side developer with 3+ Years of experience
• Excellent C# .NET work experience, .NET core
• Experience working with SQL Server, MongoDB- must
• Work with actor frameworks such as AKKA, Orleans advanced
• Work with event-driven architecture, microservices, and streaming process
• AWS stack work experience – clear advantage
• Familiarity with AI tools
