Pay: $130,000 to $175,000/year

Array Corporation is seeking a Lead Full Stack Engineer! We're looking for experienced builders who enjoy solving meaningful problems for the frontline and essential economy with technology — especially when the solution doesn't look like a traditional app. This role is for builders who think in systems, challenge assumptions, and use modern tools to turn intent into outcomes. You'll own critical parts of the platform, shape architecture, influence product direction, and lead a team of engineers to deliver exceptional results.

Job Description:

• Lead a team of engineers, organize thoughts clearly, and motivate others through effective communication
• Build and operate distributed systems at scale on cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
• Design and run production systems with emphasis on reliability, performance, and security
• Apply solid application design principles and make architectural decisions with organization-wide impact
• Own complex features and systems end-to-end, from design through production
• Transform ambiguous requirements into scalable, stable engineering solutions

Position Requirements:

• 7+ years of full stack software engineering experience with 2+ years leading teams
• Experience designing and running production systems at scale on cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
• Strong technical judgment across architecture, data, and cloud infrastructure
• Ability to organize thoughts clearly, communicate effectively, and motivate team members
• Hands-on experience with C#, React.js, Infrastructure as Code, and design systems
• Strong understanding of application design principles and architectural patterns

Preferred Experience:

• Experience with AI-driven or automation-heavy systems Familiarity with event-driven, messaging, or conversational interfaces
• Experience connecting IoT devices to data platforms
• Evidence of curiosity: open source contributions, side projects, or experimentation
