Roles and Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain integrations with third-party systems using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, or iPaaS tools. Automate repetitive tasks and workflows to improve efficiency. Perform unit, integration, and UAT testing. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during and post-implementation.
• Monitor system performance and user adoption.
• Provide L2/L3 support and coordinate with product vendors for issue resolution.

Skillset

• Experience with GEP SMART - S2P, Demand and Supply Management
• Good Communication
• Strong analytical, problem solving, troubleshooting skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-changing, dynamic environment
• Strong consulting mindset, exceptional client Interfacing skills
• Prior experience in leading implementation teams would be desirable,

Education

• B E or any graduation with 5 to 12 years of experience
