About the Role
LocaliQ is seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and creative Communities Choice Ballot Administration & Promotions Social Manager to support the successful execution of our Communities Choice programs. In this role, you will oversee ballot administration, advertiser requests, social media partnership coordination, and creative support to ensure campaigns are executed accurately, efficiently, and on schedule.
You will serve as a key partner across Promotions, Events, Design, Sales, and Social teams, helping deliver exceptional experiences for our advertisers while maintaining the integrity and quality of Communities Choice programs.

What You'll Do
- Manage Communities Choice ballot updates and revisions, including category changes, business additions or removals, spelling corrections, and deadline-driven updates.
- Coordinate and fulfill advertiser requests related to Communities Choice campaigns.
- Support social media fulfillment and execution for Communities Choice promotions.
- Submit, track, and manage Meta partnership requests to enable scheduled social content and paid partnership tagging.
- Collaborate with Promotions, Sales, Design, Events, and Social teams to ensure campaign assets, approvals, and deliverables are completed accurately and on time.
- Maintain tracking systems for ballot revisions, partnership approvals, campaign progress, and advertiser requests.
- Troubleshoot issues related to Meta partnership access, permissions, and platform functionality.
- Ensure paid partnership and social media requests align with campaign timelines, client expectations, and platform requirements.
- Maintain process documentation, workflow guidelines, and best practices for ballot administration and social campaign management.
- Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency, communication, and campaign workflows.
What You'll Bring

- Experience in promotions, campaign management, digital media, advertising operations, marketing, or design support preferred.
- Experience managing digital assets, workflows, and cross-functional projects.
- Familiarity with social media management platforms, including Meta Business Suite and related tools.
- Working knowledge of digital marketing, paid social media campaigns, audience engagement, social analytics, and content optimization best practices.
- Ability to troubleshoot digital platform issues, user permissions, and account access challenges.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel and cloud-based collaboration tools.
- Comfort learning and adapting to new technologies, systems, and digital platforms.
- Familiarity with CRM, workflow automation, and project management tools such as Salesforce, Smartsheet, Zapier, or similar platforms.
- Experience with HTML and CSS for basic web content formatting and digital campaign support preferred.
Preferred Qualifications
- Graphic design experience and proficiency with tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar platforms.
- Experience supporting sponsored social content and paid partnership workflows.
- Knowledge of social content scheduling, approval processes, and campaign execution.
- Experience supporting large-scale promotional, recognition, or voting-based programs.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and project management tools.
- Experience working with Meta Business Suite, Facebook paid partnerships, or other social media advertising platforms.

The hourly rate for this role will range between $24.03 and $29.81 which annualizes to approximately $50,000-$62,000. Base compensation is reflective of many factors, including, but not limited to, the market in which one lives/works, individual education level, skills, certifications and experience. Note: variable compensation is not reflected in these figures and based on the role, may be applicable.
