Work Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8-5

Job Description:
We are looking for a ServiceNow Developer with at least two years of hands-on development experience to join a collaborative technical team. In this role, you will develop and customize ServiceNow applications, automate workflows, integrate enterprise systems, and support ongoing platform enhancements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain applications and custom solutions within the ServiceNow platform.
- Gather business requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
- Configure and customize workflows, forms, service catalogs, and user interface components.
- Develop integrations with internal and third-party systems using REST and SOAP web services.
- Troubleshoot application issues, identify root causes, and implement long-term solutions.
- Follow ServiceNow development standards and best practices to ensure maintainable, high-quality code.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams throughout the software development lifecycle.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, stand-ups, and code reviews.
- Document system configurations, enhancements, and technical processes.
- Stay current on new ServiceNow capabilities and recommend platform improvements.
- 2+ years of professional experience developing within the ServiceNow platform.
- Experience with IT Service Management (ITSM) processes and ServiceNow modules.
- Strong knowledge of JavaScript, Glide APIs, HTML, and CSS.
- Experience developing REST and SOAP integrations.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Must be eligible to obtain and maintain a Public Trust/Sensitive clearance.
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) or Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) certification is a plus.
- Experience with ServiceNow Field Service Management (FSM), MetricBase, or MID Server configuration is preferred.
