Optomi, in partnership with an innovative enterprise organization, is seeking a Application Developer to join a collaborative team responsible for modernizing enterprise applications and building scalable integrations across multiple business systems. This is an exciting opportunity for a full-stack engineer who enjoys working across both frontend and backend technologies while helping modernize legacy applications using today's cloud-native development practices.

The ideal candidate is a strong problem solver with experience in React, C#/.NET, and Python, or someone who possesses two of those three core technologies mainly React and C#/.Net and has the aptitude and desire to quickly learn the third. About the Role

As a Software Engineer, you will design, develop, and maintain enterprise integrations, APIs, and automation solutions that improve communication between business-critical applications. You'll work across the full technology stack, developing modern React user interfaces, scalable C#/.NET backend services, and Python-based automation supporting workflow scheduling and Airflow processes.

You'll also play an important role in modernizing legacy systems by refactoring existing COBOL functionality into modern applications while collaborating closely with business users, architects, and fellow developers throughout the software development lifecycle.

Experience of the Right Candidate:

• 5+ years of professional software development experience.
• Strong experience with React.js, C#/.NET, and/or Python.
• Full-stack development experience building modern web applications.
• Experience designing and developing RESTful APIs.
• Experience with JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Experience integrating multiple enterprise systems.
• Familiarity with automation and workflow scripting.

Responsibilities of the Right Candidate:

• Design, develop, and maintain enterprise integrations between internal and external business systems.
• Build modern React-based user interfaces and responsive web applications.
• Develop scalable backend services and REST APIs using C#/.NET.
• Create Python automation scripts supporting workflow scheduling and system integrations.
• Evaluate legacy applications and refactor existing functionality into modern technologies.
