Senior Software Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain enterprise, web-based applications using the Microsoft .NET stack.
• Apply software design and architecture principles to deliver scalable, reliable, and user-focused solutions.
• Build and consume RESTful Web APIs to support integrated business applications.
• Perform relational database design, development, and optimization to support high-performing business solutions.
• Enhance and expand the capabilities of core technology platforms through innovative development.
• Ensure strong technical design, performance, maintainability, and security across all applications.

Desired Skills and Experience:

• B.S. / M.S. in Computer Science
• 6-8 years of professional software development experience, with a focus on enterprise, web-based applications
• Strong background in the Microsoft .NET ecosystem, including .NET Core / ASP.NET Core development
• Demonstrated ability to write clean, maintainable, and efficient code using C#, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3
• Experience designing, developing, and consuming RESTful Web APIs using ASP.NET Core.
• Strong relational database design skills, including stored procedures/triggers, query optimization, and performance tuning.
• Solid understanding of architecture principles for building robust, scalable, secure, and maintainable enterprise applications.
• Experience integrating common UI and productivity component libraries into enterprise applications.
• Experience developing data-intensive applications, dashboards, reporting solutions, and workflow-based systems.
• Proven ability to support and maintain business-critical applications.
