Logistics Saas Product business looking for highly capable engineers who combines strong software craftsmanship with modern AI-assisted development practices.You won't just write code. You'll identify opportunities, design solutions, build them, deploy them, and continuously improve them using AI tools and automation.

The ideal candidate is comfortable acting as a builder, architect, product thinker, and technical leader.

What you'll do

• Design and implement features across the platform.
• Use AI-assisted development tools to increase speed and quality.
• Improve developer productivity through automation and AI workflows.
• Work closely with customers, product managers and support teams to understand real-world problems.
• Take ownership from idea to deployment and measurement.
• Evaluate and integrate emerging AI technologies where they create measurable value.

Strong engineering fundamentals

• Deep understanding of software architecture and system design.
• Experience building scalable cloud-based applications.
• Strong skills in C#, .NET, TypeScript, SQL, APIs, Cloud and distributed systems.
• Ability to write maintainable, testable, production-grade code.

AI-native development

• Daily user of AI coding tools such as Claude, Cursor, Windsurf, Copilot, or similar.
• Can effectively prompt, review, verify and improve AI-generated code.
• Understands the strengths and limitations of LLMs.
• Uses AI to accelerate delivery without sacrificing quality.

Builder mindset

• Comfortable working from vague requirements.
• Can create working solutions rapidly.
• Focuses on outcomes rather than activity.
• Enjoys shipping products and solving customer problems.

Product thinking

• Understands customer value.
• Makes pragmatic technical decisions.
