Role Description This full-time, on-site Robotic Process Automation (RPA) Software Developer role is based in the Honolulu Metropolitan Area. The RPA Software Developer will design, develop, test, and deploy software robots and automation workflows to streamline business processes and reduce manual effort. Daily responsibilities include analyzing existing processes, identifying automation opportunities, creating technical specifications, and implementing RPA solutions using appropriate frameworks and tools. The role also involves maintaining and optimizing existing automations, troubleshooting production issues, and ensuring adherence to security and compliance standards. The developer will collaborate with cross-functional teams, document technical work, and communicate progress and risks to stakeholders.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong skills in Robotics and Process Automation to design and implement reliable RPA solutions.
• Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills to assess workflows, identify optimization opportunities, and solve complex technical issues.
• Candidates should possess strong Software Development skills, including proficiency in at least one programming language (e.g., C#, Java, Python) and experience with RPA platforms (e.g., UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism).
• Candidates should possess strong Communication skills to collaborate with business and technical teams, gather requirements, and present automation outcomes clearly.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience with API integrations, databases, and version control tools (e.g., Git) is beneficial.
• Familiarity with workflow modeling, process mapping, and basic project management practices is an advantage.
• Ability to work on-site, manage multiple priorities, and adapt to evolving business needs in a fast-paced environment.
