What You'll Be Doing

• Designing, developing and maintaining backend applications using C# and .NETBuilding and enhancing APIs and backend services that support critical business platforms
• Working with SQL databases to develop, optimise and support data-driven applications
• Contributing to system performance, scalability and reliability initiatives
• Collaborating closely with engineers, architects, product teams and stakeholders
• Participating in code reviews and promoting engineering best practices
• Supporting CI/CD and modern software delivery processes
• Contributing to platform modernisation and ongoing technology uplift programs

What We're Looking For

• Commercial experience developing applications using C# and .NET
• Strong backend development experience within enterprise or large-scale environments
• Solid experience working with SQL databases and writing efficient queries
• Experience designing and consuming APIs and backend services
• Strong understanding of software engineering fundamentals and object-oriented principles
• Excellent problem-solving and communicationskills
• Ability to work collaboratively within agile engineering teams
• Ideally some public cloud exposure.
