About the Opportunity

Seeking a Senior Full Stack Software Engineer to help design, build, and enhance modern enterprise applications.

This is a hands-on engineering role for someone who enjoys solving complex technical problems, building scalable software, and taking ownership of production applications.

Position Summary

This is not a role for someone who simply maintains existing applications.

We're looking for a hands-on senior software engineer who enjoys designing, building, and improving modern enterprise applications. You'll work across the full technology stack, developing new features, solving complex technical challenges, integrating systems, and helping shape the future direction of the platform.

This role offers the opportunity to take ownership of a business-critical application, collaborate directly with technical and business stakeholders, and influence engineering best practices while remaining actively involved in software development.

Primary Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and enhance modern full-stack web applications.
• Build scalable backend services, REST APIs, and business logic.
• Develop responsive, high-performance user interfaces.
• Design and optimize SQL Server databases.
• Develop cloud-native applications using Microsoft Azure.
• Integrate enterprise applications with third-party services and APIs.
• Participate in architecture discussions, code reviews, and technical planning.
• Mentor other developers and help establish engineering best practices.
• Identify opportunities to improve application performance, scalability, and maintainability.

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of professional software development experience.
• Strong experience with C#, .NET Core/.NET, and ASP.NET Core.
• Strong React development experience.
• Experience building RESTful APIs and backend services.
• SQL Server development experience.
• Experience developing applications in Microsoft Azure.
• Strong understanding of object-oriented design and modern software architecture.
• Experience working on production enterprise applications.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Next.js or other modern React frameworks.
• Experience with Azure DevOps or CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience with Docker or Kubernetes.
• Experience integrating third-party APIs.
• Experience working on enterprise SaaS applications.
• Experience using AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude Code, or similar.
