Sale & Marketing Intern

The opportunities
Hitachi, Ltd. is seeking a motivated Sales & Marketing Intern to support our Domestic Sales team on admin task / marketing events project teams. This role offers hands-on experience in various aspects of Sales activities, contributing to the successful execution of Sales projects.

How you'll make an impact:

• Assist Sales managers with planning, scheduling, and tracking customer activities.
• Support in the development and filling of documentation, including Sales plans, status reports, and meeting minutes.
• Facilitate communication and collaboration among Sales team members and stakeholders.
• Participate in Sales meetings, taking notes and following up on action items.
• Assist with risk identification, mitigation, and issue resolution processes.
• Contribute to the creation of presentations and reports for internal and external audiences.
• Learn and apply Sales.force.com tools.

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's in Business Administration, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
