As part of its continued growth, Telko is establishing a brand-new ERP Service Center in Kaunas, which will become the central hub for ERP support, integrations, automation, and development across the entire organization. This is a unique opportunity to join a newly formed team from day one, take ownership of meaningful initiatives, and help shape how integrations, automation, and ERP services are delivered across 18 countries.
Every day, you will:
- Design, develop, and maintain ERP integrations between internal systems, customers, suppliers, and logistics partners.
- Coordinate customer and partner onboarding activities, from technical scoping and requirements gathering through testing, go-live, and hypercare support.
- Develop and support low-code solutions, workflows, and integration standards that improve business efficiency and scalability.
- Provide technical ERP expertise, troubleshoot complex issues, and collaborate with business users and international stakeholders.
- Design and implement automation and AI-driven solutions within the ERP landscape.
- Contribute to the development of the newly established ERP Service Center, including process improvements, knowledge sharing, and mentoring junior team members.
This position is for you if you:
- Have proven experience in systems integration development and support using APIs, EDI, middleware, or iPaaS solutions.
- Are experienced in working with ERP systems such as Infor M3, Dynamics, SAP, Oracle, IFS, or similar platforms.
- Possess practical programming skills in Java or C#, as well as SQL, XML, JavaScript, or related technologies.
- Have strong communication and relationship-building skills, with the confidence to engage customers, partners, and internal stakeholders
- Are comfortable taking ownership and working in a dynamic, fast-changing international environment.
- Communicate confidently in English. Additional language skills (Lithuanian, Russian, Scandinavian, or other European languages) would be a bonus.
- Experience with low-code platforms, automation solutions, AI-assisted technologies, ERP implementation projects would be considered an advantage.
