We are looking for a .NET Developer to join a team focused on delivering robust, scalable, and high-performance applications. You will be involved in the development of modern backend solutions, contributing to technical decisions and helping build reliable systems that support critical business operations within an Agile environment.

Work Model: Hybrid – 2 days per week on-site

Location: Porto

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain applications using .NET technologies.
• Design, build, and support RESTful APIs and microservices.
• Participate in architecture discussions and technical decision-making.
• Implement clean, scalable, and maintainable code following best practices.
• Integrate applications with databases, messaging platforms, and external services.
• Collaborate with QA and DevOps teams throughout the software delivery lifecycle.
• Perform code reviews and contribute to engineering standards.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production and performance-related issues.

Requirements:

• Strong experience with recent .NET versions and C#.
• Experience with Entity Framework
• Experience developing microservices architectures.
• Strong knowledge of REST APIs and backend integration patterns.
• Good understanding of Object-Oriented Programming, Design Patterns, and SOLID principles.
• Experience with SQL Server, PostgreSQL, or Oracle.
• Experience with Kafka, RabbitMQ, or Azure Service Bus.
• Familiarity with Docker and containerized environments.
• Experience with Git and collaborative development workflows.
• Knowledge of xUnit, NUnit, MSTest or similar tools.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience working in Agile environments.
• Professional proficiency in English.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with Kubernetes.
• Experience with Azure, AWS, or GCP.
• Knowledge of OAuth2, OpenID Connect, and JWT.
• Experience with event-driven architectures.
• Experience with monitoring tools such as Application Insights, Grafana, Prometheus, or ELK.
