Job Description

• Participate in meetings and provide daily/weekly reports in accordance with Japanese corporate standards.
• Receive, analyze, clarify, and translate technical requirements for the offshore development team.
• Coordinate the collection of baseline source code and support the setup of a staging environment for TDD (Test-Driven Development).
• Manage and ensure the completion of key project milestones.

Qualifications

• Business-level Japanese proficiency (JLPT N1), with the ability to communicate fluently with clients.
• At least 3 years of experience as a BrSE (Bridge System Engineer) working with Japanese enterprise clients.
• Strong IT background, with the ability to read and understand technical documentation related to C, C#, and databases.
• Experience in coordinating offshore teams and collaborating with multiple stakeholders.

Nice to Have

• Experience working on mission-critical systems or legacy system migration projects in Japan.
