The Team:
You will join an engineering team focused on building and maintaining robust software solutions that support Accuris products and engineering workflows. The team works across backend services, web applications, APIs, frontend integration, databases, and cloud-enabled delivery practices.
The team values clean engineering practices, practical collaboration, quality, scalability, security, and continuous improvement. You will work closely with QA, DevOps, frontend engineers, Product Owners, Business Analysts, and other stakeholders to deliver reliable software outcomes.
The Impact:
As a Mid-Level Software Engineer specializing in .NET and frontend frameworks such as Angular/React, you will contribute to the design, development, and implementation of robust software solutions across web applications, services, and APIs. Your work will support scalable, maintainable, and secure product development.
You will bring a balance of technical expertise and hands-on development practice, helping the team deliver high-quality software, maintain reliable code standards, and contribute to project milestones through proactive communication and collaborative problem-solving.
Responsibilities:
- Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code primarily in C#/.NET and Angular/React, developing web applications, services, and APIs that meet business and technical requirements.
- Participate in software design and architecture discussions, contributing to scalable, performant, maintainable, and secure solutions.
- Use Angular and foundational frontend technologies to integrate responsive user interfaces with .NET Core backend services.
- Collaborate with QA, DevOps, frontend engineers, Product Owners, and Business Analysts through code reviews, pair programming, requirements refinement, planning, and estimation.
- Debug and resolve software issues, optimize code, monitor applications in production, and support incident resolution as needed.
- Write unit tests and narrow integration tests, support automated testing workflows, maintain documentation, and provide progress updates to team leads and stakeholders.
Key qualifications:
- 2–3 years of software development experience with a focus on .NET technologies and Angular/React.
- Proficiency in C#, .NET Core, .NET Framework, ASP.NET MVC, Web API, RESTful services, and software engineering best practices.
- Practical experience with Angular/React and foundational knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, and CSS for frontend integration.
- Working knowledge of SQL Server or similar relational databases, ORM tools such as Entity Framework, Git, Agile delivery, and basic exposure to cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS and CI/CD pipelines.
- Collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams including QA, DevOps, frontend engineers, Product Owners, and Business Analysts.
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to think critically and independently tackle technical challenges.
- Commitment to code quality, maintainability, documentation, optimization, and continuous improvement.
- Proactive communication style with the ability to contribute to planning, estimation, and delivery against project milestones.
- C#, .NET Core, .NET Framework, ASP.NET MVC, Web API, RESTful services, and backend application development.
- Angular, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, frontend integration, and responsive user interface delivery.
- SQL Server or similar relational databases, ORM tools such as Entity Framework, query optimization, and database fundamentals.
- Git, collaborative workflows, Agile Scrum or Kanban, unit testing, narrow integration testing, basic cloud knowledge in Azure or AWS, and CI/CD pipeline exposure.
- Deliver high-quality, efficient, and scalable software solutions aligned with business and technical requirements.
- Maintain reliable code quality and actively participate in code reviews and engineering best practices.
- Contribute to project milestones with a collaborative approach, proactive communication, and consistent follow-through.
Gdańsk, Poland — hybrid model, 3 days per week in the office.
Budget:
PLN 16,000–19,000 gross per month plus bonus.
Compensation/Benefits Information
Accuris states that the anticipated base salary / budget for this position is PLN 18,000–19,000 gross per month. Final base salary for this role will be based on the individual’s geographical location as well as experience and qualifications for the role.
