The Role
- Develop complex, performant, and scalable C++ software solutions
- Implement automation, create comprehensive unit and integration tests (e.g., with Catch2), and optimize CI/CD pipelines
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to software development colleagues, fostering their technical growth
- Serve as a technical point of contact for complex issues
- Conduct Pair-Programming sessions for knowledge transfer and quality assurance
- Completed degree in Computer Science or equivalent professional qualification
- Extensive and advanced professional experience in software development
- Excellent programming skills in C++ (23) and Qt
- Knowledge and experience in software design patterns and IT system architecture
- Leadership experience as an IT Lead or Senior Software Developer is desired
- Good spoken and written German and English language skills
