Senior Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE / CRM Developer (m/f/d) –North Rhine (Hybrid)

We’re working with an established organisation in Germany who are looking to hire a Senior Dynamics 365 CE / CRM Developer to join their CRM delivery team. This is a permanent role based on-site in Mannheim, with interviews happening immediately.

• Salary: circa €55-80k (depending on experience)
• Language: German required (English also beneficial)

What you’ll be doing

• Delivering end-to-end Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE / CRM solutions (Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, Field Service)
• Translating functional requirements into technical designs and clean, maintainable builds
• Hands-on development with C#/.NET and JavaScript/TypeScript
• Owning technical decisions, supporting delivery best practice, and contributing to team standards
• Participating in workshops and customer-facing sessions where needed

What we’re looking for

• Strong Dynamics 365 CE / CRM development experience (or comparable CRM platform experience with clear D365 exposure)
• Solid C#/.NET plus JavaScript/TypeScript
• Clean code mindset and experience delivering scalable, supportable solutions
• Confident communication skills and comfortable working with stakeholders
• Very good German (spoken/written)
