Automation at scale (approximately 80%), complemented by manual and exploratory testing (approximately 20%), and plays a critical role in supporting enterprise delivery initiatives within Agile or hybrid environments. The QA Automation Engineer collaborates closely with developers, delivery leads, and stakeholders to embed quality throughout the software development lifecycle. Design, develop, and maintain scalable test automation solutions to support enterprise applications and integrations. Lead and execute automation‐focused testing activities, maintaining an approximate 80% automation / 20% manual testing balance. Build and enhance Java‐based automation frameworks, utilities, and test components. Perform manual, exploratory, and edge‐case testing where automation is not suitable. Define, execute, and report on test coverage across functional, integration, regression, and release cycles. Manage test cases, defects, and test reporting using JIRA. Provide technical leadership for QA activities, including guidance to other QA team members as needed. Analyze test results, identify root causes of defects, and work closely with development teams to support resolution. Communicate testing progress, quality risks, and readiness to project stakeholders.Awesome Benefits
