Job Description & Responsibilities:

• Provide technical and operational leadership to the software development team.
• Manage software development processes in line with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Coordinate project planning, resource allocation, and sprint execution.
• Ensure the implementation of software architecture, code quality, and development standards.
• Collaborate closely with product, data, project management, and client teams to deliver projects on time and with high quality.
• Lead technical decision-making processes to develop sustainable and scalable solutions.
• Continuously improve software development processes, focusing on performance, security, and quality standards.
• Support the technical growth of team members through mentoring, coaching, and performance management.
• Stay up to date with emerging technologies and recommend innovative solutions that add value to the organization.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Business Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in software development and at least 1 year of experience leading or managing a software development team.
• Hands-on experience with at least one modern backend technology such as .NET, Java, or Node.js.
• Proficiency in modern frontend frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.
• Experience with RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and system integrations.
• Knowledge of NoSQL databases.
• Experience with at least one major cloud platform, including Microsoft Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
• Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD practices.
• Strong understanding of software architecture, performance optimization, and security best practices.
• Excellent analytical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Good command of written and spoken English.
