Role Overview

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior .NET Developer to design, develop, and maintain scalable enterprise applications using modern .NET technologies. The ideal candidate will have strong backend expertise, solid database knowledge, and experience contributing to system architecture and technical mentoring.

Key Responsibilities

Software Development:

• Design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable, and high-performance applications using C#, .NET Framework, and .NET Core.
• Develop RESTful APIs and backend services.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following industry best practices.
• Participate in code reviews and enforce coding standards.

Database Management

• Design and optimize complex queries, stored procedures, and database structures using SQL Server. Ensure data integrity, security, and performance tuning of databases.

Entity Framework Expertise

• Develop data models and interact with databases using Entity Framework and other ORM tools. Implement migrations, manage relationships, and ensure efficient data access layers.

Front-End Technologies

• Any UI Framework exposure should be fine, preferably Angular

System Design And Architecture

• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Participate in architectural reviews and provide recommendations for technology and system improvements.

Testing And Debugging

• Conduct unit testing, integration testing, and system testing to ensure code quality.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve application issues efficiently.

DevOps & Modern Engineering

• Contribute to CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, etc.).
• Work with containerized environments (Docker/Kubernetes).
• Support cloud deployments (Azure preferred).
• Utilize AI-powered development tools (LLMs, AI code assistants) to accelerate development, testing, and documentation workflows.

Collaboration And Mentorship

• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, QA engineers, and UI/UX designers.
• Mentor junior developers, perform code reviews, and foster a culture of continuous improvement.

Continuous Improvement

• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in the .NET ecosystem.
• Propose and implement innovative solutions to improve development workflows and product performance.
• Utilizing AI tools in the SDLC to accelerate typical engineering activities through LLMs.

Required Skills

• Strong experience in C#, .NET Core, ASP.NET, Web API
• SQL Server expertise
• Entity Framework / EF Core
• Git version control
• Agile/Scrum methodology experience

Good To Have

• Exposure to Azure or other cloud ecosystems
• Experience with containerized development (Docker/Kubernetes)
• CI/CD experience using tools like GitHub Actions or Jenkins
• Exposure to monitoring/observability tools such as New Relic/Google Analytics.
