• Collaborate with customers and internal teams to implement software projects in time and in quality 通过和客户以及内部团队协作，按时保质地实施软件项目
• Actively solve bugs and issues onsite, write down the issues and feedback to developers. 积极解决客户现场的软件问题，并详细记录，积极反馈给开发人员
• Rich experience with remote support

• Be willing to take responsibility to test functions from development team

• Manage project implementation documentation. 编写使用手册，用户指导手册，培训客户操作。
• Actively collect iteration demands and customer insight during onsite commissioning and remote support

积极收集客户现场，远程支持产生的软件迭代需求以及客户潜在的需求 任职要求：

• Bachelor in Computer science, Electrical, Automation or equivalent. 计算机或相关的本科以上学历 2. 3 years and above working experience in .NET/C# programming and deployment, in SQL database as well 三年及以上.Net/C#的编程和调试经验，以及SQL数据库的调用经验
• Be familiar with code versioning system and see doc as a part of product 良好的软件版本管理习惯和文档制作意识
• Familiar with network knowledge 熟悉网络技术，能进行相关IT硬件、网络的配置、调试
• PLC knowledge and experience is a plus.

• Independency in work, and a good communication skill is a must. 有较强的独立工作能力、较强的表达力、善于沟通。
• Able to be working under pressure and feel responsibility in tasks 具有较强的抗压能力，并且富有责任心 8. 50% travel time in working onsite
