C#/.Net Backend Developer

We are looking for a talented Backend Engineer with strong C#/.NET skills to join our team.

Our team is responsible for the communication layer between Zerto products and on-prem hypervisor platforms, with a strong focus on VMware vCenter by Broadcom. This role centers on designing, developing, and researching backend integrations with the vCenter platform APIs, capabilities, and features.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain backend services in C#/.NET
• Build and enhance integrations between Zerto products and VMware vCenter / Broadcom platforms
• Investigate and deeply research platform behavior, APIs, and communication flows
• Develop high-performance, scalable, and reliable backend solutions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support product capabilities and platform compatibility
• Troubleshoot complex integration and communication issues across infrastructure environments
• Continuously improve system architecture, performance, and robustness

Requirements:

• 5–8 years of backend development experience using C#/.NET
• Experience working with APIs, system integration, and backend services
• Ability to independently research and resolve highly complex technical issues in unfamiliar areas
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills
• Highly motivated and passionate about solving complex technical issues
• Strong team player with a collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively with others
