About the Role

Payroll touches every employee, every month, across six countries with different tax rules,

structures, and compliance requirements. Get it wrong and it shows up immediately in someone's paycheck. Get it right and it's invisible, which is exactly the point. As a GSR Payroll Advisor you'll run payroll end-to-end across our 8 global locations, working directly with our payroll provider rather than through layers of process. You'll be the person employees trust with questions about their pay, and the person Finance and HR rely on for accurate reporting and clean data. As the team is small, you'll have real scope to shape how payroll runs, not just execute a fixed checklist.   

Responsibilities

  Own end-to-end payroll across UK, US, Singapore, Switzerland, Portugal, UAE, Cayman Islands and Spain

• Manage: starters, leavers and backpay accurately and on time Review monthly payroll outputs and resolve discrepancies with our provider Calculate pay correctly across hours, tax, national insurance,
