该职位来源于猎聘 Position Summary Responsible for the design, development, and implementation of software, digital systems, and IoT connectivity solutions for VTS (Visual Technology Solution) products in China and global markets. This role focuses on medical device software, device connectivity, cloud integration, and digital platforms, translating market and user requirements into scalable technical solutions. The position will work closely with internal teams and external partners to deliver stable, compliant, and innovative digital and IoT-enabled medical solutions that meet regulatory, business, and clinical needs.
- Analyze China and global market needs and translate them into software, digital system, and medical device connectivity (IoT) solution designs.
- Address customized requirements from China customers by designing device–software–cloud integrated solutions and tracking execution end to end.
- Coordinate software and IoT-related requirements from global markets and internal departments, working with China-based vendors to ensure successful implementation and stable delivery.
- Lead the development, testing, and deployment of medical device software, device connectivity solutions, and cloud-integrated digital systems, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
- Design and optimize medical device connectivity architectures, including device communication, data transmission, network stability, and cloud integration.
- Support integration of medical devices with digital platforms, ensuring reliability, cybersecurity, and scalability in real-world clinical and retail environments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including T&D (Technical & Development), Digital, Manufacturing, Regulatory Affairs, IT, and external suppliers to drive digital system and IoT integration.
- Assist project managers in project execution according to the PSGP process, coordinating with global VTS stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery.
- Monitor and apply emerging trends in software engineering, IoT, cloud platforms, and AI technologies, driving continuous improvement of VTS digital solutions.
- Research, develop, and integrate AI-based algorithms and applications into software and digital systems to enhance product intelligence and clinical value. Education Bachelor’s degree or above in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Electronics, Biomedical Engineering, or related technical fields. Experience Over 5 years of experience in medical device software, digital systems, or IoT-related development, preferably in regulated industries. Familiar with medical device software lifecycle management, cybersecurity, and regulatory requirements such as ISO 13485 and IEC 6230
- Experience in medical device connectivity, cloud platforms, or IoT systems is highly preferred. Overseas work experience is an advantage. Technical & Professional Skills Skills: Strong logical thinking, learning ability, and innovation mindset. Proven ability to work under pressure and manage multi-task, cross-regional, and complex projects. Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills. Strong sense of responsibility, integrity, and professional ethics. Good English communication skills; able to use English as a working language. Experience in end-to-end application development, cloud deployment, or overseas software implementation is a plus. Demonstrated capability in cross-disciplinary integration between medical hardware, software, IoT connectivity, and cloud systems. Familiar with digital system and IoT architecture design, including system-level planning, optimization, and scalability considerations.
