What You'll Do

You'll be a key member of our engineering team, diving deep into challenging problems across the full technology stack. Your work will directly impact real people—crafting clean, efficient code that powers both current and next-generation enterprise software solutions.

Your mission:

• Untangle the Complex: Tackle intricate technical challenges with persistence and creativity
• Architect the Impossible: Design solutions that bridge beautiful front-end experiences with robust back-end systems
• Build with Purpose: Write code in React, Vue, Angular, Java, and Node.js that solves real customer problems
• Mentor & Collaborate: Guide junior engineers and build relationships across teams
• Lead Development: Take point on initiatives while ensuring quality and adherence to standards
• Stay Current: Keep up with industry trends and contribute to strategic planning

What You Bring

Experience:

• 5+ years with Frontend frameworks (Vue, React, Angular)
• 3+ years of Java development (Spring Boot preferred)
• 2+ years with RESTful API design and implementation
• 1+ years with AWS cloud services
• Experience with micro frontend architecture patterns

Technical Toolkit:

• Frontend: JavaScript/TypeScript, Vue (preferred), React, Angular, JAMStack, State Management
• Backend: Java, Spring Boot, Spring Security, JUnit, Hibernate/JPA
• DevOps: AWS (Lambda, EC2, S3), Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines
• Practices: Test-Driven Development, Microservices, Security best practices
