Summary
As a Senior Software Engineer, you'll help shape the digital experiences that support how NVR attracts, engages, and serves customers throughout their homebuying journey. Working within a high-performing team, you'll design and build modern applications, enterprise integrations, and cloud-based solutions that power critical Marketing, Sales, and Customer Experience capabilities.
This role combines hands-on software engineering, platform development, and solution architecture across Microsoft Dynamics 365, .NET, Azure, and enterprise integration technologies. You'll have significant ownership and influence over technical decisions while partnering directly with product managers, business stakeholders, and fellow engineers to deliver scalable solutions that create measurable business value.
What You'll Do
- Design, develop, and evolve technology solutions that support customer acquisition, sales, customer service, and business growth.
- Build and enhance applications, services, and integrations using Dynamics 365, .NET, Azure, SQL Server, and modern web technologies.
- Develop scalable APIs, event-driven integrations, and cloud-native solutions connecting enterprise platforms and business-critical systems.
- Partner directly with business leaders and product managers to translate business opportunities into innovative technology solutions.
- Drive modernization efforts that improve customer experiences, operational efficiency, and business insights.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical challenges across applications, data, integrations, and cloud services.
- Influence architecture decisions, engineering standards, and best practices to improve scalability, reliability, and maintainability.
- Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle from solution design through deployment and continuous improvement.
- Mentor team members and contribute to a culture of technical excellence and continuous learning.
- 5+ years of experience designing, developing, and supporting enterprise software solutions.
- Strong experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365, enterprise CRM platforms, or customer engagement applications.
- Hands-on experience building applications with .NET, C#, SQL Server, and Azure technologies.
- Experience designing APIs, integrations, and distributed application architectures.
- Experience building scalable, maintainable, and secure enterprise solutions.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills across applications, data, and integrated systems.
- Ability to communicate effectively with both technical teams and business stakeholders.
- Comfortable working in a collaborative, agile environment with significant ownership and responsibility.
- Azure Functions, Service Bus, Logic Apps, API Management, Key Vault, or event-driven architectures.
- Customer-facing digital platforms, CRM ecosystems, or customer engagement solutions.
- Power Platform, Power Automate, Copilot Studio, or AI-enabled business applications.
- Experience modernizing legacy applications or leading cloud transformation initiatives.
- Experience mentoring developers or influencing technical direction.
