Your Responsibilities
- You design and implement network-side communication services that support scalable and reliable wireless workflows.
- You develop backend functionality and application logic for distributed communication and media transport systems.
- You implement routing, orchestration, and integration capabilities across different network domains and platforms.
- You ensure seamless interoperability between wireless solutions and existing communication ecosystems.
- You contribute to the design of scalable, maintainable, and high-performance software architectures.
- You collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical concepts, requirements, and solution designs.
- You support system integration, deployment, and troubleshooting activities across development and customer environments.
- You continuously improve software quality, performance, and operational reliability throughout the product lifecycle.
- Bachelor‘s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a comparable technical discipline
- Experience in backend or full stack software development within distributed systems or communication-centric environments
- Strong proficiency in Kotlin and modern backend development practices.
- Solid understanding of network architectures, IP networking, routing concepts, and real-time communication systems
- Experience working in Linux server environments and developing scalable network services
- Knowledge of VoIP technologies, API design, system integration, and software interoperability concepts
- Experience with software troubleshooting, performance optimization, and software lifecycle management processes
- Strong communication and collaboration skills in international development teams; fluent English required, German is a plus
