Integration Developer - Marketplace (f/m/d) - Remote in Germany
Indexed description
What You Will Do
At Synera, we build an agentic automation platform for engineers that helps them create better products faster. Our software connects engineering tools, data, and people, enabling teams to automate complex workflows and focus on what really matters: solving hard engineering problems. We already have 80+ software integrations, ranging from the biggest players to the latest startups, and we're just getting started.
We're looking for an Integration Developer who truly understands engineering and who uses AI as a natural part of how they work, not an afterthought.
This role sits at the intersection of software development, partner collaboration, and engineering system implementation: you'll own the development of add-ins and integrations within our agentic platform, be the first dedicated technical member of our new Marketplace team, and work closely with Andrew, our VP of Software Partnerships, who leads the marketplace roadmap and relations with over 25+ different software partners. You'll work with a wide range of technologies – CAD tools, simulation solvers, PLM systems, and AI – and you'll have the autonomy to make technical decisions and own integration projects with 3rd parties from end to end.
👉 What a week at Synera could look like:
- Monday: You join the weekly all-hands to align on company updates, followed by the developer meeting to share progress, questions, and technical insights.
- Tuesday: After the morning stand-up, you dive into a partner call to help their developers plan their integration with Synera and ensure they build a solid foundation.
- Wednesday (biweekly): You do backlog refinement and team retrospective to clarify tasks, estimate effort, and improve workflow. In the afternoon, you will work on AI skills to help you speed up the development of integrations by you and our partners.
- Thursday (biweekly): Sprint review day - you demo the past two weeks' progress on the latest add-in to the internal team and get feedback on some improvements to make. Afterwards, sprint planning defines the next sprint's scope and clarifies any remaining questions.
- Friday: Andrew invites you to join a customer call, for you to understand more deeply the customer’s PLM environment to help improve one of our existing integrations. In the afternoon, you use your unlimited Claude budget to experiment with anew AI workflow.
⚡ In 6 months:
- You deliver customer-facing value regularly through integration projects.
- You have a growing ownership of complex integrations, especially in the PLM space, you mentor peers, and contribute to architecture and product decisions.
🌱 WHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU?
We believe in transparent conversations about compensation from the start. For this role, our planned annual salary ranges are:
- Experienced Level: 67,000 - 85,000 EUR
