Software Engineer

What You'll Do

• Design, develop, and enhance custom web applications using Microsoft .NET technologies.
• Collaborate directly with business stakeholders and clients to understand challenges and deliver effective technical solutions.
• Participate in solution design discussions and contribute ideas that improve scalability, performance, and user experience.
• Build modern applications using C#, ASP.NET MVC, SQL Server, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and web services/APIs.
• Develop and optimize SQL queries, stored procedures, and database objects.
• Support application integrations, data mapping, and data conversion initiatives.
• Troubleshoot and resolve application issues through root-cause analysis and problem-solving.
• Participate in code reviews and help drive development best practices.
• Support testing efforts, including unit testing, data validation, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Create and maintain technical documentation to support long-term application success.
• Partner with project teams and end users to ensure solutions align with business goals and deliver value.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
• 4+ years of professional software development experience.
• Hands-on experience with:C#
• .NET / ASP.NET MVC
• SQL Server
• JavaScript
• HTML & CSS
• REST and/or SOAP APIs
• Strong SQL development skills, including query writing, optimization, and database design.
• Experience working with system integrations, data-driven applications, and data mapping.
• Knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies and best practices.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with both technical and business stakeholders.
