About Our Client

I am currently partnering with a highly disruptive, Dubai-based PropTech ecosystem founded in 2022 that has rapidly scaled to a team of over 200 professionals. Their tech organization—currently consisting of 20 software developers and 12–15 product specialists—is embarking on a major engineering milestone: consolidating their existing digital platforms into a unified, high-scale digital "SuperApp." To spearhead this architecture and product scale, they are looking to bring on talent to join their core backend engineering team

Position Overview

We are looking for a seasoned Senior Backend Engineer with 8+ years of experience to join their core engineering team. This is a high-impact role within a fast-moving environment. The ideal candidate will have spent the last 4 years of their career scaling platforms inside dedicated product companies, with a background in PropTech or FinTech being highly advantageous.

Candidate Requirements

• Experience: 8+ years of professional software engineering experience, with a consistent track record in product-driven environments over the last 4 years.
• Core Tech Stack: Expert-level proficiency in .NET and C# is the primary requirement. Strong engineering profiles with a heavy background in Python are also highly encouraged to apply.
• Domain Expertise: Prior experience within PropTech, FinTech, or highly transactional digital platforms is a significant advantage.
