Position Overview
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior .NET Full Stack Developer to design, develop, and support modern enterprise web applications built on the Microsoft technology stack. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience developing scalable, secure, and high-performing applications using .NET Core, ASP.NET Core Web API, Blazor, Entity Framework Core, and Microsoft SQL Server, while collaborating with architects, business stakeholders, and cross-functional Agile delivery teams.
This role requires expertise in full-stack application development, RESTful API design, object-oriented programming, enterprise architecture patterns, relational database development, and modern DevOps practices. The successful candidate will contribute to application architecture, develop reusable and maintainable solutions, optimize system performance, support production environments, and ensure delivery of enterprise-grade software solutions aligned with organizational standards and best practices.
Required Qualifications & Technical Skills
The successful candidate must possess demonstrated expertise in enterprise Microsoft application development with the following qualifications and technical competencies:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
Minimum 5+ years of experience designing, developing, and supporting enterprise applications throughout the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) within Agile/Scrum environments.
Strong hands-on expertise with C#, .NET Core, ASP.NET Core, ASP.NET Web API, and developing scalable, secure, and high-performing RESTful APIs.
Extensive experience building responsive web applications using Blazor, Bootstrap, JavaScript, jQuery, HTML5, and CSS3, with strong knowledge of UI/UX and cross-browser compatibility.
Proven experience implementing Entity Framework Core, Repository Pattern, Unit of Work Pattern, AutoMapper, dependency injection, and object-oriented design principles to develop maintainable enterprise solutions.
Strong experience with Microsoft SQL Server, including database design, data modeling, views, stored procedures, query optimization, performance tuning, SQL development, and database migration scripting.
Experience integrating enterprise applications with internal systems, external APIs, and third-party services using modern integration patterns.
Strong understanding of enterprise application architecture, layered design, reusable component development, secure coding practices, and scalable backend services.
Experience utilizing Git, Azure DevOps Repositories, and collaborative development practices including code reviews, branching strategies, and pull requests.
Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, debugging, problem-solving, technical documentation, and cross-functional collaboration skills with strong verbal and written communication abilities.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with Azure DevOps Pipelines, CI/CD automation, and enterprise DevOps practices.
Experience developing cloud-native or hybrid applications within Microsoft Azure.
Experience working with Microservices Architecture.
Experience utilizing Telerik UI, Kendo UI, and implementing authentication/authorization solutions such as Okta.
Familiarity with application monitoring, logging, production support, and performance optimization.
Experience working within highly regulated enterprise or government technology environments.
