AI Engineer – Agentic AI Development (Banking)

Location: Hybrid – Copenhagen, Denmark

Contract: Full-time | ASAP – 31.12.2026 (extension possible)

Rate: From €80/hour

An international bank is looking for an experienced AI Engineer to build production-grade AI agents that enhance banker productivity using modern LLM technologies.

Key responsibilities:

• Build AI agents using AWS Bedrock and agent orchestration frameworks (LangGraph/LangChain)
• Develop RAG pipelines, memory systems, and multi-agent workflows
• Engineer prompts, tool-calling capabilities, and evaluation frameworks
• Integrate AI solutions with enterprise and financial data sources
• Write production-quality Python and/or C# code with testing and observability

Requirements:

• 5+ years of software engineering experience
• 2+ years working with LLM/AI systems
• Strong Python and/or C# skills
• Experience with AWS Bedrock, RAG, vector databases, and LLM orchestration frameworks
• Knowledge of LLM evaluation, embeddings, and tool/function calling

Nice to have:

• AWS Agent Core experience
• Banking or financial services experience
• Experience with LSEG, Bloomberg, or similar financial data platforms
