Senior Full Stack Developer / Architect (.NET) – Manufacturing Technology
RL Enterprise Recruiting & Staffing is partnering with a confidential industry-leading manufacturer to identify two Senior Full Stack Developers/Architects to help design and build next-generation software solutions supporting real-time manufacturing operations.
This is an opportunity to work on highly visible applications that power live production environments, operational dashboards, and enterprise systems within a fast-paced manufacturing organization.
Contract Assignment. Remote/Hybrid.
What You'll Do
- Design, develop, and enhance scalable full stack applications using C#, .NET Core, ASP.NET Core, and React.
- Architect and build real-time applications supporting manufacturing operations and live business processes.
- Develop event-driven solutions utilizing technologies such as SignalR, WebSockets, messaging frameworks, and real-time communication patterns.
- Design and implement secure RESTful APIs and cloud-native microservices.
- Build high-performance operational dashboards and business-critical applications used in production environments.
- Collaborate with engineering, operations, manufacturing, and cross-functional teams to deliver reliable software solutions.
- Support CI/CD pipelines, cloud deployments, and application modernization initiatives.
- Mentor developers and contribute to architectural decisions, coding standards, and best practices.
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of full stack software development experience.
- Strong expertise with C#, .NET Core, ASP.NET Core, and React.
- Experience designing scalable enterprise applications and distributed systems.
- Hands-on experience developing real-time applications using technologies such as SignalR, WebSockets, or similar real-time communication frameworks.
- Experience with event-driven architectures, messaging platforms, and real-time data processing.
- Strong experience developing RESTful APIs and microservices.
- Experience with cloud-native application development and deployment.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and modern DevOps practices.
- Strong knowledge of SQL databases and application performance optimization.
Preferred Qualifications
- Manufacturing, automotive, industrial automation, or operational technology experience.
- Experience developing software supporting live production environments, manufacturing execution systems (MES), or operational dashboards.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS.
- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and containerized application deployments.
- Experience leading technical initiatives, mentoring developers, or serving as a technical architect.
