We are looking for a Sr. Software Engineer to work for our client. The ideal candidate aligns with the responsibilities and qualifications outlined below.
This is a remote position, but candidates must reside in the Columbus, OH area.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of complex software solutions
- Act as technical authority across multiple engineering initiatives
- Drive system design, architecture, and scalability decisions
- Mentor developers and elevate overall engineering capabilities
- Partner with leadership to align technology with business goals
- Champion innovation and emerging technologies
Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in software engineering
- 4+ years of experience building with C#/.NET
- Strong architecture and system design experience
- Background leading enterprise-level applications
- Expertise in full-stack or backend development
- Experience with cloud ecosystems and DevOps tooling (Azure preferred)
- Strong stakeholder communication skills
